While pursuing speed, compliance is an unbreakable red line. Vietnam has established a data protection framework centered around the Personal Data Protection Law and the Cybersecurity Law. For specific industries such as finance and telecommunications, Vietnamese law requires companies to establish data centers within Vietnam to store copies of Vietnamese user data.

This means that when planning cross-border network architecture, enterprises cannot only consider "how fast", but also "how to comply". The storage location, transmission path, and access permissions of data need to be designed within the legal framework. Speed and compliance are indispensable.
